What we collect through this site, what we do with it, and how to ask us about it.
What the contact form collects
When you send a note through the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, organisation and email address, and, if you add them, your role, phone number, sector and what you want in the next six months. The three scoping questions on that page are not sent anywhere unless you copy the suggestion into your note.
What we do with it
Your note is emailed to the Kratonia Labs team so that we can reply to you. We use your details only for that conversation. We do not sell them, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list. Our email provider, Resend, delivers the message on our behalf.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They do not use cookies and do not identify you personally, so there is no cookie banner on this site.
Your requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@kratonialabs.com. We will reply within two working days.
